
Elmwood's Physical Education program is a health-based, life-long fitness oriented curriculum. Students will take part in a 30 minute fitness plan based on all of the five fitness related components, strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, endurance, and body fat. During the remaining classtime, students will take part in a wide variety of activities, games, or sports that provide for futuristic endeavors.

Physical Education Objectives

12th graders-
30% of total grade is calculated through student's improvment on fitness
tests
20% of total grade is calculated by student's individual goal assessments
