exercise appropriate to each health related fitness component.

personal fitness plan containing a proper warm-up, exercise phase, and
cool down.
Students will be able to apply the
FIT principle to activities included in their personal fitness plan.
Students will evaluate research articles
and choose resources appropriate to their overall goal.
Students will be able to distinguish
the differences between an aerobic workout and an anaerobic workout.
Students will be able to figure caloric
expenditures for a workout and evaluate the effectiveness of the workout.
Summary:
The purpose of this project is
to promote life-long fitness. You will establish a goal, create a
personal fitness plan, and develop a diet plan that would enable a person
