Elementary and Jr. High School Athletes
All students participating in an IESA activity must have the following on file with the school by the first day of practice:

*Please note: a sports physical is required for all students participating in any IESA/IHSA activity. However, if your child is in a grade level requiring a full regular physical exam (6th and 9th grades), the full physical exam can be used in place of a sports physical. Sports physicals cannot take the place of a full physical exam. Please ensure that your child's school office receives the proper kind of physical. If you have questions, please contact your child's school office.

Elementary Fees
5th & 6th Grade Basketball:
Per Sport - $40
Max Per Family - $120**
Jr. High School Fees
Basketball, Volleyball, Cross Country, Track, Baseball, Softball, Cheerleading:
Per Sport - $40
Individual Max - $50
Max Per Family - $120**
High School Fees
Football, Cross Country, Basketball, Track, Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, Golf, Cheerleading, Spirit Squad, Dance:
Per Sport - $50
Individual Max - $70
Max Per Family - $120**
All athletics fees can be paid in person at your child's school office with cash or check.
Per sport and max individual athletics fees can also be paid online with credit card through TeacherEase.
**If you will be paying the Max Family Fee of $120, please pay in person at your child's school office.
