What
This four-day basketball camp, hosted by the coaches and players from both the boys and girls basketball programs, will enhance participants’ knowledge of the fundamentals of basketball, strength development, and injury prevention. Participants will work through different agility, balance, and bodyweight exercises on the court to develop basketball-specific strength. Skill development drills will provide participants with a program to improve their individual fundamentals as they progress throughout their athletic careers. Competitive contests and games with prizes will be incorporated as well.
