Elmwood JHXC competed tonight at the Princeville Invite, and both teams put together another impressive performance!

After reading an excerpt from Ralph Waldo Emerson's Nature, English III spent some time at the town square today completing a nature scavenger hunt. However, the Friendship Festival setup contrasted with nature's natural setting. It was an opportunity to discuss how city and nature collide and how it is important to find true solitude to find internal peace.

The high school band braved the heat today and marched in the annual Kewanee Hog Days Parade. They looked and sounded great!!
