Varsity Girls ended their two game losing streak with a win over a tough ROWVA team. 44-40, led by Brooke Allen's 17 points and seven of her teammates contributing. Brooke also drew 2 charges. Great team win!

Tom Meyers volunteers his time to help at our home track meets as a finish line judge and is a vocal voice at our hosting cross country meets each fall. Tom (who will always be Coach Meyers to many) has always lived by the Trojan Way: establishing a tradition of excellence as a math teacher and coach, a constant member of our journey of helping students become productive community members, and a person who is hardworking, positive, passionate, and caring for others. Tom Meyers has served the community as a teacher, coach, dean of students, Board of Education member, Strawberry Festival 3 on 3 coordinator, Elmwood Education Foundation committee member, and a local business owner. Student You Should Know winners for November at Elmwood JH: M Hampton and Taylor May. Their teachers recognized them for exemplifying good citizenship, showing kindness, positively impacting their peers, and having a proven strong work ethic academically or extracurricularly.


Elmwood Girls suffered their 1st defeat of the season to Canton. Lost 43-27. Tinley Lemmerman lead the team with 8 pts, Brooke Allen chipped in 6 pts , Andrea Glenn had 5 pts. Back to work tomorrow!
