Today the EHS and BHS volleyball teams had the privelage to present their check for Volley for Cure to Susan G Komen. Together the two teams raised $4682!! THANK YOU to the community and everyone who helped make this event happen!
Congratulations to 8th grader, Luke Jackson, for being selected to perform with the Illinois Music Education Association's District 2 Jr. Band @ the District 2 Festival in Nov. Luke was selected from other Jr. high students in our region after completing a challenging audition!
We determined "g" via pendulum, as Newton did. Our percent error??? Thanks to University of Iowa Physics and Astronomy, @physicsastron, for helping out with that. Don't take my word for it.

F/S Boys won & had 5 runners medal (Top 12). The Varsity boys finished 2nd & had 5 runners earn medals ( top 21) with Aiden getting 2nd. The Varsity girls finished 2nd also. It was a great day for the Trojans at the Amboy Invite!!
Congrats to the girls on their 2nd place finish at Amboy! Schmidgall 5th, Hill 6th ,Walker 14th, Kelly 15th, Ori 17th, and Forney 20th to medal in the varsity! Turner 1st, Soucie 8th, and Brugger 10th medaled in the open!
