The 2023-2024 Illinois Report Card was released today for all schools. Elmwood CUSD #322 has been spotlighted again with deserving recognitions for our schools! Some noted highlights are the Exemplary Recognition (highest) of the Elementary School and Commendable Recognition (2nd highest) status of the JH / HS with a 98% graduation rate achieved! Due to a delivery 🚚 truck issue our lunch menu changed today and will change tomorrow. Wednesday, Oct 30 the lunch menus will be Orange Chicken with stir fry vegetables. The remainder of our future menu will remain the same.

Ms. Little's class worked very hard during the month of September to try and win a Prodigy challenge. We thought we had won a pizza party by answering over 4,000 math questions correctly! When we found out we didn't, we decided we deserved a pizza party for all the hard work! #TheTrojanWay

Our Elmwood/Brimfield Boys Cross Country team has been nominated for the FM 95 Hometown Heroes of the Week award! This is a community voted award, with the winning team for the week moving on for a chance at $1,000 for their high school's athletic department when we wrap up the season. The voting is underway now at https://www.fm95online.com/hometown-heroes/ Fans can vote once per day online through Wednesday (10/30) night. The team with the most votes submitted will be announced Thursday (10/31) morning as our weekly winner. Take a moment to vote for our amazing program! #TheTrojanWay

Last Wednesday, some students from Industrial Arts classes went on a field trip to Camp Big Sky to see one of our next projects as well as volunteering to help assist some of the campers! Congrats to Bristol who placed 4th at Regionals!

Trojans HS Boys X-Country team takes home the Regional Championship placing 4 runners in the top 8 and 6 in the top 20!! The sectional meet is next Saturday at Maple Lane CC.

Tonight, our Senior Night Football Game this Friday will have fireworks! Thank you to the parents sponsoring this event, the City of Elmwood & Elmwood Fire Department for creating a safety plan, and the E/B Football team for cleaning up debris afterward!
