We're thrilled to announce that Superintendent Dr. Chad Wagner and District Business Manager Sherry Swindler are embarking on a new chapter! After 10 years of dedicated service, Dr. Wagner is taking the lead at Genoa-Kingston CUSD . After 35 years of service, Sherry is going to enjoy retirement! Join us in celebrating their incredible careers here at Elmwood and wishing them all the best in this well-deserved next phase of life. Thank you both for your hard work and positive impact. All students entering the 2024-2025 school year as kindergarteners will be screened. Two dates are available for screening. Please use the form below to reserve a date, Tuesday, July 23rd or Thursday, August 1st, for your child’s screening. Screenings will take place from 9:00AM - 11:00AM at Elmwood Elementary. Please drop your child off at the main entrance, door # 9, of the elementary school on the date of your child’s screening. Peoria County Bright Futures is currently screening for the 2024 - 2025 school year. Children must be three years old before September 1, 2024. Call now to schedule a preschool screening at 309-686-8590. Elmwood's screening date is June 18, 2024.
