Who likes a parade? Well, we do and so should you. Next Friday, September 25, we will be having our annual Homecoming Parade. Our theme this year is Shrek- Welcome to the Swamp. We will begin on Morgan Street going the opposite way, then left on Main Street, left on Rose Street, left on Evergreen Street, and then right on Althea Street and back to the high school parking lot. Senior, Emery Baumann, filled the shoes of Mr. Grant today in teaching the 7th Grade Industrial Arts mini how to read a tape measure. This is a great example of Highschool Students setting a good example for the Junior High. It wont be long until they are right here with us. The winning scramble team was 4 under after a chip off by Rachel the team of Rachel, Corinne, Bailey & Grady were declared Champions 🥇

Galileo performed his famous inclined plane experiment in 1603-1604 to prove that falling objects accelerate uniformly. Today we do the same. It's pretty awesome for students to realize they can come to the same conclusions that Galileo did. And those conclusions changed the world.
Today we are using the "radioactive decay" of a Twizzler to learn about half-life. Educational and tasty.
