Finished 3-2 at Masonic State in Bloomington today. No advancement to the afternoon playoff, but it's an honor just to be here. The team played incredibly well.

Elwmood had 4 students perform at IHSA Solo & Ensemble Contest today in Monmouth. 3 students received Division 1 "Superior" ratings and 1 student received a Division 2 "Excellent" rating. Mrs. Buchanan and I are very proud of the students!
Today in all industrial arts classes, students got to listen to Drew Custer from Caterpillar Global Warranty talk about job opportunities through his career. Expanding students education about seizing career opportunities, handling career challenges, facing those challenges head on and with the right attitude allowing for the opportunity to travel around the world perusing his passion of helping customers create a better world. Encouraging all of us to continue to work hard at what we love to do.

Today ICC hosted a Healthcare Exploration Event for area high schools. Students spent the day exploring the various career pathways available to them. Lots of great programs with considerable future job opportunities!

Today, 6th grade is working on peer reviews and writing their narrative scenes as rheir End of Module Task for Module 2. I'm really impressed by their creativity and focus.
