We are pleased to announce the inaugural Elmwood Summer Theatre Camp!
The Camp, which is open to Elmwood students and those in the surrounding areas, will run on Monday through Friday starting Monday, June 23rd, and ending Thursday, July 3rd. Classes will go from 9:30--11:30 (check in will be from 9:30--9:45 so, if your aspiring actor is in Summer Running, they can still participate in this), and will be open for students going into 3rd--8th grade. We will be playing improvisation games, working on short monologues and 2-3 person scenes, and possibly looking at a small, full class performance on our final day.
This class will be taught by Rusty K. Koll, an Elmwood High School faculty member with decades of theatre experience with students of all ages, with assistance from high school drama club students. Classes will take place in the Elmwood High School Auditorium, and will cost $10/day or $90 for the full two weeks. Please reply to this or email Mr. Koll at rkoll@elmwood322.com with any questions or to register your student!
