As chemistry students study ions and ionic compounds within the context of Flint, Michigan, today we learn about unintended consequences. Sometimes too clean is not a good thing. Chlorinated water keeps municipal water supplies safe. Last class we discussed how important fluoride in water is to public health.

Elmwood 54, Knoxville 23. Played together as a team. After giving up 10 points in the 1st quarter, our defense turned up the intensity and only allowed 13 points the rest of the game. 8 players scored. Andrea Glenn led w/ 23 points, Brooke Allen and Adelyn Magee had 8 points each
